  1. CLIPFOLIO TERMS
  2.         Clipfolio is yours to try for 30 days.  After this you must pay the shareware fee of US$20 or discontinue use of Clipfolio.  Clipfolio will warn you when half of this time has passed.  Purchase of a separate copy is required for each concurrent user of Clipfolio.  Unregistered copies of Clipfolio are limited to 30 days of use.  Registered users of previous versions can upgrade for US$5.
  3.         Clipfolio may not be distributed for profit in any form unless permission is explicitly granted from SingleTrac Software.  Any non-profit distribution is allowed (and is encouraged) with no prior permission, provided that the Clipfolio package is distributed unmodified and that all files and documentation in the original Clipfolio package remain in the distribution package.  Any attempt at reverse engineering, including disassembly, is a violation of applicable laws.
  4.         SingleTrac Software is not responsible for any damage to the purchaser's computer system or data and in no event will SingleTrac Software, its owners, organizers, employees or agents be responsible to the purchaser for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use Clipfolio, even if SingleTrac Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.
